Does your request concern a purchase on the website? Our customer service department will respond to your request as soon as possible. If your request concerns a purchase made in a store, please contact the shop.

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, it is impossible for us to modify or even cancel an order. However, you have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your package to return your order and be refunded. Rest assured, returns are 100% free.

Two ways are possible to track your package. You can either click on the tracking number that appears in the order confirmation email that was previously sent to you by our services, or you can also access it through your personal space in the "Order Tracking" section.

In both cases, you will automatically be redirected to the website of La Poste which will indicate the stage of delivery of your package.

When you place your order, two delivery methods are offered to you:

  • Standard delivery shipped within 48h to 72h from the shipment of the order for 3,95€.
  • Express delivery shipped within 24 hours after the order has been shipped, for an additional 8€.

An invoice of your order is available in your personal space, in the heading "Your invoice". In this section, you will find your document in PDF format that you can download and print.
