Kickers is now a member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative, a non-profit making organisation based in Brussels and founded by the Foreign Trade Association. We would like to highlight our commitment to uphold the principles of this initiative, such as human rights and minimum social standards. This commitment is passed on to our suppliers throughout the world.

The code of conduct, based on the recommendations of the International Labour Organisation and national regulations, includes directives for suppliers concerning the following issues: child labour, workplace security, working hours, pay, discrimination, etc.

Social audits are carried out to encourage our suppliers to follow these directives rigorously and continually improve the working conditions of their employees. These audits are carried out by internationally renowned, accredited, specialist companies.
